Loyd Wayne Hallmark, 75, of Haleyville, passed away Thursday, Oct. 21, 2026, at his residence. A private family memorial was held for Wayne on Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, with his ashes placed beside his mother and brother. Pinkard Funeral Home of Haleyville assisted the family.
Wayne was born February 22, 1951. He was a man of few words, except about Alabama football. He loved music.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Hallmark; mother, Hazel Cox; brother, Terrel Hallmark and sister, Diane Hallmark.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Melissa Hallmark; two daughters, Connie Hallmark and Brandie (Dave) Jenkins; two grandchildren, Trent Brannon and Chloe Sanders; two great-grandchildren, Anna and Parker Brannon; sister, Jan Galbreath; nephews, Shannon Galbreath and Kevin Hallmark and niece, Amanda Adams.
