There will be a public hearing at the Winston County Commission Office, Double Springs, Alabama, August 30, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. to receive comment on the Vacation of County Road 3605.

WHEREAS, the Winston County Commission of Winston County, Alabama, is desirous of vacating in the interest of the public, a section of right-of-way included in the Winston County road system and described as follows:
