NOTICE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by JENNIFER ROBYN KUHLMEYER F/K/A JENNIFER ROBYN WOODARD AND JOHN DUKE KUHLMEYER, WIFE AND HUSBAND, to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR THE MORTGAGE OUTLET INC, on the 26th day of March, 2015, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Winston County, Alabama, on April 6, 2015, in Deed/Mortgage Book 596, Page 655, Winston County, Alabama Records, said Mortgage having subsequently been transferred and assigned to Pacific Union Financial, LLC, by instrument recorded in the aforesaid Probate Office; notice is hereby given that the undersigned Pacific Union Financial, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse in Double Springs, Winston County, Alabama, on March 8, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Winston County, Alabama, to-wit: A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 11 SOUTH, RANGE 7 WEST MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID FORTY THENCE NORTH 527 1/2 FEET; THENCE WEST 500 FEET PLUS TO STATE RIGHT OF WAY OF HIGHWAY #41; THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION RUN ALONG SAID HIGHWAY #41 501 1/2 FEET TO A PUBLIC ROAD; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID ROAD 568 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING. LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN WINSTON COUNTY, ALABAMA.
