Final Road Closure Ad
The following resolution has been approved by the Winston County Commission and recorded in Deed Book 341, Page No. 33, February 10, 2020 at 10:24:24 a.m. with the Winston County Probate Judge’s Office:
WHEREAS, the Winston County Commission of Winston County, Alabama, is desirous of vacating in the interest of the public, a section of road included in the Winston County road system and described as follows:
A parcel of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 10, Township 10 South, Range 9 West, Winston County, Alabama, being more particularly described as follows:
Public Road named Winston County Road 3045 from the intersection of Winston County Road 55 to the intersection with County Road 3044, approximately 180 feet.
Property as described above will be transferred to the abutting land owner Henryfield Church. There are no other abutting landowners.
WHEREAS, This vacation shall not deprive other property owners of any right they may have to convenient and reasonable means of ingress and egress to and from their property.
