There will be a public hearing at the Winston County Commission Office, Double Springs, Alabama, December 14, 2020, at 8:30a.m. to receive comment on the Vacation of a portion of Winston County Right-of-Way between County Road 225 and County Road 4018.

The following resolution has been approved by the Winston County Commission and recorded in Deed Book 341, Page No. 33, February 10, 2020 at 10:24:24 a.m. with the Winston County Probate Judge’s Office:
WHEREAS, the Winston County Commission of Winston County, Alabama, is desirous of vacating in the interest of the public, a section of road included in the Winston County road system and described as follows:
