Celestino Jimenez Galvez, 61, of Phil Campbell, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Visitation will be Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 12-2 p.m. at Akins Funeral Home of Russellville. His funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the Akins Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in East Franklin Cemetery.
